In
the United Kingdom it is illegal to pay donors for donating
their eggs.
However, when attending the centre we do not want you
to incur any out of pocket
expenses. We will cover all expenses listed below. Please
read and take note of
the chart on the next page. |

Child minding or loss of earnings will be covered for
the time
it takes to attend the Initial Consultation, Scans and
the day of
egg collection. |

Taxi, bus, train and tube fares will be covered for travel
to and
from the Initial Consultation, Scans and egg collection. |
|
•
Mileage (at 30p per mile) will be covered for travel to
and from the
Initial Consultation, Scans and Egg Collection. |
|
•
The travel costs to bring a dependant child to the Initial
consultation,
Scans and Egg Collection will be covered. |
|
•
A partner or friend’s expenses will be covered only
for the day of egg collection
and for the initial consultation. |
|
•
A maximum of £100 cash will be paid on a single
visit the rest of the balance will be
forwarded by cheque. |

•
Please provide vouchers and proof of expenditure where
possible. If you are acting
as a known donor or donating to the pool for a known couple,
different regulations apply
to the expenses payments. This will be discussed with
you by the Logan Centre. |
